"In God We Trust"....

I have been wanting to start my blog for several months and it has taken me a long time to get it set up. I am so excited to finally get this started so our family and friends will be able to be a part of our adoption process. For those of you who don't know we are adopting a baby girl from Vietnam. We have been praying about this for a long while and have now taken the leap of faith. Our paperwork is in Vietnam and we are finally going to send the next payment to continue the journey. If you are in the process or already finished you know how overwhelming and exciting this can be. I have wanted more children for a long time. My husband and I have a biological daugther that is 8 years old and very excited about having a little sister to love and grow up with. We have tried for several years to have another child and went through a year of unsuccessful infertility treatments. We feel that God has planted the seed to adopt and we have been praying and seeking answers about what direction to go in. We looked into domestic and international adoption. We believe that we are being led to adopt from Vietnam. This has been a test of faith and we are excited to see what the Lord has in store for us. Please continue to follow our journey.
